HIA has compiled the information on this Website for the use of guests, prospective guests and travel professionals. At HIA, protecting your privacy is very important to us. Our goal is to treat the Personal Information you furnish us with the utmost respect. ONLINE RESERVATION/OCCUPANCY
If you use the "HIA Online Reservation" facility set out in the Site, terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room rate quoted and you should read carefully the room rate details that are provided before proceeding to complete your reservation. Any special needs must be notified at the time of reservation but will not be guaranteed.
All reservations are subject to availability. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline indicated your credit/charge card will be debited for the value of the first night stay booked in that room.
ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP
Part of the Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant law. HIA will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
HIA may make available on the Site information regarding specific services, offers or promotions that Grand is conducting. Any such service, offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the Site in connection with such service, offer or promotion. Each service, offer and promotion is void where prohibited by law. Please refer to and read carefully the terms, conditions and restrictions included on the Site in connection with each service, offer or promotion.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, US law. We both agree, for the exclusive benefit of HIA, that the Courts of USA shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement; save that, it being agreed that this clause conferring jurisdiction for the benefit of HIA only, HIA shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country which has jurisdiction.
MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
By accessing this Website, you have directed your system to a server located in USA. Any disputes arising out of your use of this Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of USA and the applicable laws of India. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice by posting a new or revised set on this Website.
GENERAL
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
