Midshipmen Athletics.
Sport is serious business among Naval Academy midshipmen. In addition to stellar varsity sports, the Naval Academy offers club sports, camps, co-ed varsity sports, and fitness facilities open to all midshipmen. The popular Army-Navy series is a time-honored tradition that is loyally followed by civilians and the armed forces. The Naval Academy’s varsity teams compete in men’s and women’s sports. Tours of the United States Naval Academy are offered throughout the year during regular business hours. The front desk staff at Historic Inns of Annapolis can recommend local tour companies, or visitors can arrange for a tour at the Academy’s Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center. Visitors age 16 or older must have a photo ID to visit the USNA campus. A variety of public tours are available including the Historical Tour, Tour & Tea, and Military Reunion Tour.
