- Wedding offer is valid over the period of November 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.
- Valid dates are Thursday, Friday, or Sunday.
- Maximum value of the wedding inclusive of taxes, service charge, food, beverage, rental, and miscellaneous expenses such as chair covers, etc., is $12,500 at retail. There is no refund to be provided should the retail value of the event be less than the maximum value of $12,500.
- If the Bride and Groom contract for an event which retail value exceeds $12,500 inclusive of the items noted above the Bride and Groom are responsible for payment of that amount in excess as per normal contractual terms
- All normal and standard Historic contractual terms apply to this event.
- Once the wedding date is established there can be no changes to the date and no rescheduling of the event
- This offer is valid for the wedding event only and does not apply to any sleeping room which should be contracted for separately and at prevailing rates.
